Recipes
Grouper is one of the best-known offshore fish along the Gulf Coast, prized for its firm, flaky texture and mild, clean flavor. Whether grilled, blackened, or pan-seared, grouper is a go-to choice for easy, high-quality meals after a successful offshore fishing trip.

1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
Pat the grouper fillets dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the fillets in the pan and cook 4–5 minutes without moving to develop a golden crust.
Flip the fish and add butter to the pan.
Cook another 3–4 minutes, spooning melted butter over the fish as it cooks.
