2026 Red Snapper Season
Red snapper season is now officially open according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), with the first summer season window running through July 31. Anglers fishing from 30A and Destin to Panama City Beach are already starting to find early-season snapper opportunities alongside triggerfish, vermilion snapper, mahi, and grouper whenever Gulf conditions cooperate.
